The only cast members active at the moment is Sam and Danny. We'd love to have a more complete cast of DP here, Jack so Danny can have quality time with his daddy, as well as letting him in his surrogate family he adopted.
Villains and anti-heroes because the game has a more surplus of hero types and protagonists over everyone else, plus if Vlad is to gain an edge over Danny, overpowering him, using Jack as a way to gain an edge over him, he could do it with more support from villainous or morally ambiguous types.
