Basic facts about Mel are listed in her profile. She follows comic canon in regards to her powers (although I haven't read the comics, only her Charmed wiki page). She's aged up to sixteen, but I can age her up further.
Melinda would love all her cousins as well as the characters mentioned above. Canon actors for canon characters are preferred, otherwise choose whoever you will. I don't have any particular lines in mind, but I'm willing to brainstorm and work with anything!
