i'd be most interested in playing around with an idea of an au, where natasha has been around since the cold war. the only reason she's able to do this is because she's a clone of a clone of a clone of the original black widow, and SHIELD (somehow, someway) keeps a database of her memories on some kind of technological harddrive. because the cloning process is faulty, natasha inevitably dies (if the missions and battles don't get her first). not that that's a problem when you can just "grow" a new one and program them with memories.

it would be interesting to have someone like clint or coulson (or any teamate, i'm not picky) finding out about this over the length of their partnership, having watched her die and come back to life and generally guess the idea without ever being told about it. natasha herself doesn't know, so i'd be most interested in the confrontation when she does find out, when she dies, when she's back and can't remember the conversation but finds out again anyway. a bit of a catch 22 thing. i have no problems with playing this line in more of a gen, non-shippy direction if that's what you're wanting.

conversely, i have no problems with playing smut and very few squicks oocly (kinks are a little different character to character, so i can't promise anything), so if there's good "writing chemistry" i'm okay with whatever.

i'd also be interested in a bdsm line. i'm flexible with whoever for this one, but i'd prefer someone non-traditional (loki, tony, bruce?) where the psl and character dynamics are more about sex and the slow build to trusting rather than being oocly romantic. i don't mind if she bottoms, tops or switches, and though the latter two would probably come easier i've always wanted to know what it would be like to write natasha as a bottom. (however unlikely, anyway.)
