So I have a couple ideas I'd like to play out. One being a somewhat 'forbidden lovers' style story line and the other being an AU where Xavier doesn't get to Kitty in time and her sweet, naive nature is tainted by hatred and fear, leaving her completely susceptible to Magneto's offer of homo-superiority.
I've played Kitty in a Brotherhood AU style setting before and have really enjoyed it and would like a Pyro to bounce her off of, maybe they're recruiting? Maybe they're lying low, keeping their heads down and just getting bored? I'm pretty much open to whatever as long as it includes some banter between them. I'm totally open to their relationship being completely platonic here too. Or shippy. Whichever. Not fussed.
As far as the forbidden lovers line, I imagine it'd work better following John leaving the X-Men in X2 as far as already having some kind of CR to go from (not that we ever see them interact, but at least there'd be some way to explain them knowing each other) and even though they're now on opposing sides, they can't bring themselves to stay apart. Their meet ups would be sneaky and secret and while Kitty isn't really okay with lying to her friends, she'd rather that than giving him up entirely.
I'd really like to play it out in journals, but I'm open to the usual comms; sws and bakerstreet.
