So I'm bringing Paige out again, and the single gal reporter from Los Angeles is really sort of on the hunt for a boyfriend (as you'd expect being in your early thirties and single). I'd love to find her one, so she has someone to play off of, and just for the LOLs...

...because Paige's idea of a dream date is a little geeky. She really wants to be swept off her feet by a handsome, sexy kinda guy, but she also wants them to know and love sci-fi like she does. I think it would be really fun if she started dating someone who is totally different from her (an action hero, a tough guy, a sorta dangerous guy) and they would make this odd couple that doesn't seem like they'd work but they end up clicking. Someone who maybe Paige doesn't think is her type that surprises her by having that geeky side, maybe, or someone who thinks she's too girly for them and then she takes them by surprise. And then they develop this sort of unlikely bond even as they are total opposites and people wonder how she ended up with him or vice versa.

I see this as more a cute/flirty romantic type PSL, though I'm not opposed to playing smut, or to have Paige get involved in the other character's adventures or canon. I'm just expecting that she will banter and flirt and generally be a fish out of water, which is the fun part.

I'm not really picky on the fandom of the love interest as long as the characters click. If you want to go extra hard mode, I'm not opposed to the love interest being from a sci-fi fandom like a Star Trek or a BSG, as long as you're prepared for a little fourth-walling because Paige will probably have geeked out over the character/the universe at some point. This is a woman as at home in a Power Rangers costume as she is in a cocktail dress. She's a geek, and I would love to see her swept off her feet by a real-life hero...who just happens to appreciate her geekdom.
