The Genetic Opera is the place to be! and it is taking place at scorched!
Ladies and Gentlemen for the first time since 2009 a game has a repo the genetic opera cast and what do we need? Well we need your help to round out the cast to one of the greatest midnight movie sensations since Rocky Horror Picture Show! Help us make a complete cast by adding the antagonists (although shouldn't we all agree Nathan is the biggest antagonist of them all?)
Now I know what you're all thinking folks, beans, individuals out there in rp land. What's in it for me.
You get Nathan Wallace, Blind Mag, Shilo Wallace, and Grave Robber
You get them doing what they do in a Victorian Urban setting which given the asthetic (and the new film by the cast and crew of Repo The Devil's Carnival!) Should appeal to all of us!
You get a community well placed and ideal for someone who's looking for activity, well thought out threads, and a moderate to even paced speed for playing.
Why I've only been here for less then a month and I'm already hooked!
By now you ought to be saying 'Gosh, Nathan-mun, how can I pass up this opportunity to join an amazing game and hang out with someone who thought to steal graphics from tumblr?'
first of all, it's not stealing as all of this is properly credited! Second. you can't! Or perhaps you can, but let's see what you could be playing before we make that decision?
Who's gonna sing mag, after you leave!
The spoiled seemingly celebrity daughter of Rotti Largo (savior of the globe) Amber had a singing career and aspired to greatness, fame and fortune based on talent and a desire to outshine GeneCo's favorite songbird (Magdalene Dafoe). Her dreams were shattered initially and she was left to pursue a career as her father's heir-taking over the GeneCo empire when it was refused by Shilo Wallace. Tough and brutal and a former (or current? The choice is yours!) Zydrate Junkie she has the opportunity interact with an actual graverobber (dyed in the wool folks, get him while he's hot.)
With Shilo and the opportunity to build Geneco's empire in a new world (or perhaps just party for eternity with her drug dealer) Amber is a MUST for our ever growing family.
What you get if you decide to pick up Amber:
- the chance to torment a Shilo.
- the chance to harass a Mag.
- Grave Robber and potential thereof.
- The chance to be bad ass.
- ...Grave Robber isn't enough?
I'm the smartest! and the toughest!
LUIGI LARGO, the overly angry obsessive son of Rotti Largo, he might be an ideal candidate to take over the family business-if you were blind, deaf, and dumb to how loud and obnoxious the man can be. Luigi works more with his siblings, so if you're on board with a Repo! family and potentially harassing a Nathan Wallace, reminding him just who he works for then this is the game for you! Play it all out in every capacity, harass your sister (or be harassed by your sister) and encourage your brother in his delightful antics! The family business is yours, and if GeneCo is opening up in a new location then shouldn't you be there to fight for it?
What you get if you decide to pick up Luigi:
-A growing cast!
-The notoriety of being the only luigi I have seen on dreamwidth!
-The fun environment where you can cause mischief and mayhem!
-Amber!
-Mag!
-And much much more!
They all a-love-a-the PAVI!
Pavi Largo, lover, heartthrob. There's a lot that could be said about GeneCo's most eligible bachelor. Should he really be denied the opportunity to spread the loving to a new group of ladies? Should he really be denied the chance to squabble with his family and potentially lose out on the GeneCo throne? Nay! Come pick up the Pavi, and toss him at the eligible bachleorettes that Anatole has to offer (and some of the wives too ah-ah? Si?)

-A CITY FULL OF CHICKS YOU HAVEN'T LOOKED AT PAVI [/fingerwag]

Maggots! Vermin! You want the world for Nothing!
The self imposed king of Sanitarium Island, Rotti Largo is a man among men, nay a soldier, nay a hero-who is also possibly one of the biggest mass murderers in history. His company GeneCo lives in infamy along with the likes of the Umbrella Corporation, The Organization from Cabin in the Woods, and Wolfram and Hart (and any other organizations made of concentrated evil.) Rotti gets the joy of re-capturing (or attempting to recapture) The Wallaces, Mag, and Grave Robber (and let's face it who doesn't want to capture grave robber?)
I'd like to take a moment from my prepared speech to make a personal plea for Rotti. I've never had a chance to play off him as Nathan. Think of the potential-to attempt to wrest control from higher powers, to attempt to remain in charge-or to be reduced to nothing and play off the stories of being stripped of wealth and power (and potentially gaining mist-given superpowers!)
Rotti is a special case, I personally (As Nathan) would love to see him.
What you get if you pick up Rotti:
-My undying love
-I might be coaxed into a 2 month paid account for either him Or Amber
-Creepy family
-Trying to rein in and create a corporate Empire.
A must for any gamer interested in building long-term alliances, plots, and struggles (plus I'd love him to thread with Tywin)
