After the fall of Camelot, Merlin barely managed to escape with the guilt of a failed kingdom and betrayal on his shoulders. He manages to make it to some court (Italian, French, or English Renaissance) as a courtier due to favours owed to him by acquaintances.

There, he meets a woman (be it servant/maid/lower courtier lady) and with the time spent with her, he starts to move out of the guilt and pain of the past. Things are great, they even get married and have a son.

Then the Plague hits.

He loses both.

And he goes back to being heartbroken for ages, moving almost numbly with the times.

Until one day, he sees her again.

I'd really like to play out both the Renaissance romance and modern day stuff too :3 Name/station can be determined by any mun who's interested.

I'm always looking for an excuse to play my period-ish muses! I've got

andtheswan (who I don't have to play as part of the Once Upon a Time universe),

chose_my_path,

good_at_heart (who technically isn't a Renaissance era muse, but could be if you squint a little), and

like_reflection. So, yeah, if you're interested, I would be happy to break them out.

Now that I've had time to re-read this not being crazy-busy at work, I'm not actually sure I can work Nim into this kind of scenario. I'm sorry. :/

Yeah, definitely! I'd probably use this lady for it, simply because I have both period and modern icons for her.
