I have this character, three more Time Lords from the EU (Romana, Brax, Wynter), an old Mountie Ghost and a gruff lieutenant from Due South, Bob Fraser and Harding Welsh respectively, An old Klingon in General Chang and a shady politician in Francis Urquhart.

I'm relatively open with most kinds of relationship that might interest you, though obviously some kinds would lend themselves more easily than others. (Wynter is a little green for romance, for example, and Chang wouldn't have much tolerance for angst.)
