For those who don't know, Kevin is a drugged and brainwashed spokesman for a blatantly evil corporation, and news man for the supernatural company town. Kevin is Happy and Productive and probably crying blood thanks to the implants that punish him if he doesn't smile enough. He's also covered in blood generally, because StrexCorp approves of random murder and there is regular blood rain.
It's implied in canon that Kevin was one of the last people to give in to the takeover of his town, so if he can be deprogrammed things are going to get interesting.
