Hey there! This piqued my interest. I've got a Malcolm that I haven't done much with (just a couple of voice testing threads back in the day), and a Pan (

exceptone) that I used to be very active with, if you're interested in doing a thread or PSL or something with any of them. Totally flexible on working out any backstory details to fit your character concept.

Yeah, the Germanic thing kinda sticks with me because all through this show I've repeatedly gone "if his mom shows up and she's not German and they have zero explanation for his name being what it is when he's surrounded by UK accents, I'm going to eat my shoe."

The fact that the fairytale originated from Germany (and his name is German), they would have to. If they don't, I will throw my tv out the window and then make my first angry letter to a tv show for not following their own damn canon.

You can definitely have both! Pan's voice was always the stronger one for me, but I didn't find Malcolm too tough when I was testing him. I'll just have to do a quick review of some scenes from the Neverland arc to reacquaint myself with the character in both of his incarnations.

Honestly, I've been a Pan!fan since I was a kid and watched the Disney movie and then read the book. I wanted to BE Pan. Cool ass cucumber who could fly and be friends with pirates? (I always Hook and Pan were pals who were just in an argument ... my parents did not correct me).

But yes! BOTH! I'll set us up a custom in my journal!

I actually never read the book until I picked up OUAT Pan, but I do try to incorporate some of the characteristics of the original Peter Pan in him, because I think his tendency, say, to forget certain things is super interesting. (Also I've got a huge soft spot for the Peter Pan movie with Jason Isaacs as Hook.)

There was a sequel that got written as well that I read. It was actually pretty good but not written by Barrie, just to warn you. AND THAT MOVIE IS MY FAVORITE LIVE ACTION PAN MOVIE! I own it. Though I will admit it comes pretty close to Hook (with Robin Williams).

Yes, I have a copy of it, too! AND I ALSO LOVE HOOK.
