Calling Any MCU Muses?

So, I'm basically just fishing around to see if there's anyone else that still plays MCU stuff. I don't really have the time for games currently, but I would love to find a couple people interested in tossing things around on some meme threads or working out some PSL stuff. Fair warning that I'm a dirty shipper.

My favorite sorts of things are shipping stuff with a healthy dose of plot to keep things interesting. I'm something of an omnishipper, though my favorites are Loki/Thor, Bucky/Steve, Loki/Tony, and Tony/Steve, although I will ship just about anything with a dose of conflict, so feel free to toss just about any ship my way and we can talk thoughts.

I'd love to do some pre-Thor stuff, either stuff with Loki or AU first meetings with other Avengers, also interested in post-Dark World things. I also love AUs. With Steve I'm really interested in doing some stuff post-Age of Ultron in reference to the tension there. Also interested in Winter Soldier things. And more! I have other ideas, but just thought I'd toss some out there. I'm also very AU, OC and cross-canon friendly, so as much as I would love some MCUs to play with, if there's anyone you've ever wanted to toss off these three jerks, I'm pretty open and willing. :)

If you'd ever be interested in any of your guys having an encounter with a dimension-hopped Rogue (because the X-Men should be part of the MCU and sadly aren't), I'd love to throw her your way.

That sounds like it could be interesting! I did like DoFP, so it might be fun to see how that parsed out. Did you have any preference on which of my boys I should toss her way?

I think probably Steve would be my first choice, or maybe Tony, because they'd relate to her experiences a bit differently than Thor would. With that said, I've never played her against a Thor, so really I'm open to whoever you feel like tossing!

Well. If you're interested, I have an AU Bucky here. In his verse, Steve fell from the train and he took on the role of Captain America. And Steve became the Winter Soldier.

I'd be down for that! I love playing Steve, so I'd be more than willing to toss him her way. Definitely be interesting to see what sort of hijinks they could get themselves into. (I'll admit I take a certain pleasure in making his life as difficult as possible.)

That does sound interesting. Were you looking for Winter Soldier Steve, or some sort of timeline mashing? (I'm not against trying to play Winter Steve, you'd just have to talk to me about your AU a bit more if you had any particular thoughts :P)

No worries! And don't we all delight in making life difficult for our characters? I mean, it is kind of canon for these guys.

When I toss her into the MCU, I usually have Rogue be a person of interest to Hydra, what with her powers and the way she shows up in their verse. I'd be up for playing at any canon point (including AUing it up even more), whatever strikes you as most interesting for Steve.

I'm generally fairly flexible with canon point, though I do prefer either post-TWS or AoU, depending on what you feel for premise. I like shaking him up a bit, you know. XD

Post-TWS or AoU sounds perfect, though poor Steve. Those weren't the easiest days for him. But great fun to watch.

For Rogue's side of things, she could easily be working to help take down the last Hydra bases between TWS and AoU (she's pretty good at getting secrets out of people), or just generally helping to train new recruits and rebuild their intelligence network post-AoU. I've done some things where she was rescued from a Hydra base or the like. With what she went through in her verse, she wouldn't be out in the field, but she'd still want to help the cause since that's just who she is. (She's also the sort to make sure Steve has a little fun now and then between Avenging and searching for Bucky, whether he likes it or not.)

Any of that sound good? I'm totally flexible with MCU ideas, since there are so many possibilities. And I'm happy to put Rogue into any type of situation if there's a specific type of scenario you'd enjoy making Steve suffer live through.

Edit: On the flip side, Rogue could also just be a "normal" girl Steve meets who it eventually turns out, oops sorry Cap, actually not so normal.

Oooh, post-AoU sounds cool. Maybe rescued from a Hydra base, sort of working with Steve and Falcon and Wanda? We coullllld even do some sort of AU-as-all-heck lead-in toward Civil War stuff, too, depending on what direction we want to take them in.

Although, the whole normal girl that turns out to be not normal at all is hilarious. It would clearly somehow be Natasha's fault.

That would be perfect! And AUs are totally my jam, obviously, so I'd be totally fine with it if we went that way.

Well, Natasha did spend most of TWS trying to find him a date. With her SHIELD options limited, she'd just have to start looking elsewhere. Added: Normal girl Rogue would probably volunteer at the VA and work with war refugees, since she essentially is one and can relate to both the soldiers and civilians. (This would likely be the case with either version, actually.)

I'm late as hell, but I'm one of those scrubs that has too many marvel characters. Loki and Bucky were my mains, but I do have a Tony I played on occasion and a Steve.

No such thing as late! And uhm. I've been desperately craving Bucky/Steve lately (every time I see the Civil War trailer, it gets worse.. Rewatching Winter Soldier didn't help), and I always have a weakness for Loki/Thor. Also... pretty much every ship ever so if you want to work something out / plot something we totally should! I mostly play Steve lately, and sometimes Thor, though I also have a Tony wandering around; all my excited rambling aside I am pretty much down for whatever, because I love everything. XD
