Seeking characters from dystopian scifi-ish universes
Your Muse: Joe/K from Blade Runner 2049. I primarily play him as Joe (that is, as newly awake to individuality).
Muse wanted: Dystopian worlds! Mad Max: Fury Road, any time in Blade Runner canon, the X-Men side of the Marvelverse (he's a natural fit to AUing into a kind of stealth low-powered biological Sentinel), Shadowrun, the Alien franchise, he'd possibly do alright in some zombie apocalyi. And, okay, I'm a sucker for the Witcher universe--so I could be convinced to come up with absurd ways to make him fit into that. Throw canon ideas at me!
Community: I prefer museboxs and the like; games move too fast to keep up with and there are too many relationships to keep track of.
Fandom: Blade Runner, but onboard for neat cross-canon ideas.
Canon or AU: AU, since I play usually picking up from somewhere just after the movie's end. Canon for any scenes where we explore his past. I'm 100% game to AUing him to fit into other universes, too! (See the Marvelverse, above.)
Medium: Has to be a universe that leans realistic in representation--some comics, some video games, live-action movies, live-action TV are the best bets.

I'm actually really keen on doing gen and friendship/teammates. For shipping, I prefer M/F or M/genderqueer, and will FTB for anything that goes above PG-13 territory. I'm also a slow tagger! But I feel like I write tags that have enough content, they're not *that* unworth waiting for. (You can check out some of my tags here, if you'd like.) I used to RP on LJ and DW years ago and came back recently to check things out out of nostalgia, so I've got a lot of practice with journal-based RP.
If you know a gen prompt community, I'd love to hear about it!
Could be convinced to play/develop an OC, too, if you have a good small OC verse running. (NGL, I'm sort of interested in testing out some D&D OCs with folks who have D&D pen-and-paper experience. You could also probably twist my arm to do a Shadowrun OC.)
