Basically looking for a couple of little crossover verses, one with Vincent Nigel-Murray of Bones and the other with Steve Rogers AKA Captain America, most likely from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Essentially, some time after the events of The Reichenbach Fall, Molly leaves London. Most people think it's because she can't cope with Sherlock's suicide, but it's actually so she can do a better job at protecting the fact that he's alive. Seeing John and Greg is what she can't deal with. So, she travels to the United States for a fresh start. I'm toying with the notion of Molly getting work at the Jeffersonian as a pathologist, OR working at the Royal Diner. Or even as a somewhat lousy barista at a nearby coffee shop.
As for meeting Steve Rogers... not entirely sure what I've got in mind for that one. Though I suppose there is the (slightly cracky!) possibility that Mycroft, suspecting Molly's involvement in Sherlock's "death" exerts his influence over the British government and somehow forces her to relocate to America and possibly work for SHIELD until she spills the beans. Which, as mousy as Molly is, she refuses to betray a friend's trust.
