Since the only logical explanation for James Bond's existence is that he's a Time Lord...we've decided to make that happen. But Bond is nothing without his handler, is he not? Q and I are still in the stage of working out some of the details, so if anyone's interested at this early a stage they'd definitely be able to have a hand in that as well.
