So, I have this idea that there were two Captain Americas because they were twins. They both received the serum and they both fought in the war. Only Steve ended being frozen for seventy years, and his sister, Stephanie was left behind.

Fast forward and we play out all the drama that follows her brother being found alive, etc.

I actually have Stephanie Rogers that I've never taken out of the box. I made her and have no idea what to do with her. I was planning a modern AU for her but I haven't gotten anywhere with it.

I've really had no clue what to do with her. II keep stumbling over the idea of the SSR giving her the serum and then letting her on the battlefield. Though, if she was Steve's twin, that could add some weight to getting her out there. Erskine might have decided that they both were good people and they both deserved that chance.

Or she was stuck as a chorus girl until Steve 'died' and they only had her left and beggars can't be choosers... I don't know, I'm just throwing out ideas.

Since she's going to be around when they find him, I'm going to assume that the serum kept her young since it's kind of canon that it can do that in some realities. That way he's not waking up to his sister being in her eighties.

For some reason, I want her to be a little more wild than Steve. Maybe for the look on his face when he she doesn't act like he expects.

I don't think she'll totally be wild, but more daring. Especially if she took up the shield... or a version of it. Not sure if they would ever let her though since there were so many rules about women in the field.

Erskine was too good of a person not to give it to both of them if he had the chance. Steve would be hurt if he got to be healthy and strong and his sister had to be sick just because she was female and he'd know that. I don't see gender stopping Erskine except that the SSR wanted a man.

That's fine with me. I'll just have to remember to tag with her instead of my other muse. XD

Either that or Howard took her in when he founded SHIELD. He'd know better than to say a woman couldn't fight, especially with Peggy around. The two of them would make him regret even thinking something like that.

I'll probably be slow threading since she's still REALLY new and I'm fighting off a headache, but I'll try to keep up.

I like that idea since it means we can handwave the military not wanting a woman fighting or her being stuck in a lab.

I have two.. maybe three with Steph here. I play Steve and Peggy though the boy is the loudest of them.

I almost feel sorry for Howard if he has to deal with Peggy and Stephanie.

I've seen your Clint, but not your Natasha... I don't think. I'm one of the Peggys you thread with. It's not like she's that common of a muse. LOL
