Sorry for the delay, work was murder! Erm, I'm pretty open time line wise. I mean we have a lot to play with before TRF but then there's more freedom post. Do you have any preference?

I tend to play them as rather messed up mix of lovers and worker mates muddled up together but I'm happy to go either direction. I do tend to ship them so if you're good with that, so am I.

Same here (plus, I think I'm on a completely different timezone - which doesn't mean that I'm less excited to get this line off the ground!)

Which time zone are you on? And it shouldn't bother us, I've played with who sleep while I wake up and it's never hindered much.

I was completely excited to find your comment in my inbox - mostly because I've switched to playing Jim a while ago and almost all of my MorMor interactions are with Fassbender Morans (which are lovely too, but ~~not as perfect as Craig Parkinson~~). So thumbs up, indeed! Awesome PB choice <3

Oh, and should you maybe be interested in a MorMor line, let me know :) My Jim comes with a pretty toxic personality, but tends to treat his chief of staff better than the rest - promise!

I've been out of the proverbial game for a couple months but I've been writing a lot more frequently and I'm dying to get back in and start something.

That being said, I'm always interested in Mormor lines! Toxic and twisted is their bread and butter, isn't it? I'd absolutely love to do something.

Sadly, I don't use AIM (for me it was mostly emails and tumblr rp, to be honest - though my tumblr-Jim is a more human version of Jim due to the couple of AUs I'm part of).

Same here, completely flexible! I have always wondered about their first meeting and how the more-than-boss/sniper-ball got rolling (mostly because my Moran wasn't gay at all and Jim was his one big exception to the rule), but I also love the idea of a reunion after Reichenbach. Or we could start with a scene from mid-series to get a feeling for the dynamic of our guys and skip forwards or backwards as we please. Doesn't have to be strictly chronological.

No worry, though now I wonder if I've ever seen your rp tumblr. I also have email, of course (gmail with gchat) if you even need me. I know sometimes I need a bit of clarification and such.

Jim, you with that silver tongue turning straight military men... well, less straight. Sounds fantastic, though. Time skipping completely works for me and gives us a nice, big sandbox to play in.

Probably not, haha (I had to move journals three months ago and the new Jim-journal only has, like, 100 followers and one longterm/plotted line against a Dr. Watson; the rest of his verses are impromptu/unplotted AUs or one-offs). If you want to take a look, try this thread (it's against the Watson I mentioned - post-TRF; the line started with Jim messaging John's tumblr anonymously, leaving the impression that it was Sherlock doing the commenting and after some time of ic messaging, Jim arranged a 'reunion'. Oh, and yeah, I make up for the lack of icons by using tons of gifs x|). The rest of the journal is pretty pointless since I have the tendency to forget to tag my posts. But I enjoy the askbox feature of tumblr rp and the ic commenting is great fun too, so tumblr is nice way to pass time.

Also: not all my tags are walls of texts!!! I adjust to what is given, really! Completely flexible when it comes to writing length :)

I should really try tumblr RP. I've been meaning to get some supplies together and try a cosplay one but I've been so damn slow about getting around to it. Oh thank goodness. I was hoping you'd be okay with him. He's got a mouth on him but he's very loyal and absolutely obedient when he needs to be. But behind closed doors he'll push his boundaries because what fun is a quiet, obedient pet? Those are dispensable.

Dispensable and boring, yup. I think if Sebastian wants (at least) a little bit of Jim's respect, he has to stand his ground and test the boundaries from time to time. As long as it's just between the two of them? Jim will not only expect but also enjoy it (immensely, to be honest).

Sebastian might try to stand his ground and protest and be a big mouth, but - in the end - it's Jim who wins, so the only thing Moran will achieve is enhancing Jim's power over him - which happens to be very enjoyable from Jim's point of view. There wouldn't be a sense in stealing freebies, you know ;)

Or we could start with an off-screen scene - maybe the first time Sebastian has to kill a lover? I read your headcanon about Sebastian's relationships and how his lovers sometimes disappear. (It's actually something that also happens in Hound of D'Ubervilles but I need to go collect the passage for it. STILL that would fantastic. Having to kill his favorite whore/lady-friend. That'd be a big first step for Sebastian and Jim, that much devotion to Jim's cause and rules.

Honestly, I think the fact that Sebastian could easily win in a physical fight and that he is, in fact, the most dangerous (or second most dangerous) man makes Jim's victory all the sweeter for him. Controlling ordinary people is okay, but controlling Moran? A kick - or the closest to a kick Jim will get. Also, going with Andrew Scott's Moriarty, so expect a bit of his awful needling (fueling fire is always a good idea, right? Right.)

(Oh, lovely! And yes, definitely a big step. Jim wouldn't provide any form of explanation and simply expect Sebastian to follow his orders, so -- a test, yup.

Well, Jim approves of our decision (and wants me to add the friendly advise that Moran should, indeed, suck it up and get to work, or else the Colonel will have to do over-hours and stand guard while Jim has his favourite hooker over for a bit of stress-relief...)

It was part of my original MorMor headcanon, but can be easily left out or reduced to an overall unhealthy relationship.
