Well, I'm hoping to pull together the team. The original idea for the group was HERE at livejournal and not originally my idea, but we all became rather inactive a long time ago. So! If any of the old players are still around and want to reclaim their place in the team, that would be awesome. If not, we need new players! A leader, a doctor, a cryptologist archaeologist, anthropologist and open to other professions, too. My guy here is the historian. Basically, this is like an Indiana Jones/National Treasure kind of thing, so the possibilities for adventures are endless. Anyway, I'm open to plotting if you need help or are just interested!

So, I love this idea. Indiana Jones and National Treasure are some of my favorite movies, not gonna lie.

The anthropologist position interested me because I'm a history major, and I'd love to play along in this 'verse! Do you have any recommendation for a PB for me? I figure a female wouldn't go badly, if that's acceptable.

That would be awesome. I am very much NOT a history major, but I'm always up for doing research online and all that! And anyway, I figured the facts wouldn't be all completely true, but some fictional stuff, like Indiana Jones/National Treasure.

Well, I guess it depends what age range you wanted to play her? I'm up for anything, really. There's no set ages/PBs for these characters, although I can certainly give suggestions.

Heee, online research is a good thing, and they're pretendy funtime games. Nobody has to be exactly right. It sounds like an awesome plan.

Hm. As far as age range goes, I was thinking somewhere just under 30? Mitigated sarcasm would probably play a large part in her humor, and younger is a bit more comfortable for me. Any suggestions would be welcome!

I enjoy playing 25/30+ characters. And mostly, Daniel here is just a grumpy old man, hee. Well, he's not really that old, he just acts it - like he's the babysitter of the group, and it's such a burden on his weary shoulders.

Hmm. I'm open to all sorts of PBs, but maybe - Amy Adams, Rachel Mcadams, Anne Hathaway, Carey Mulligan, Kristen Bell, Zooey Deschanel, Emma Stone, Karen Gillan, Jennifer Lawrence, or Emmy Rossum? Really, I'm just throwing some names out there!

I will try to get some icons together over the next couple days; hollow art is my usual go-to for icons, and they're down of course. As soon as I do, though, I'll most likely pop her into SWS for some voicetesting and see where things go?

This is an awesome idea. Would all this happen modern times or would it be more pulp era (a la Indiana Jones)?

Ahhh I'm sorry this is so late, and I hope you're still interested in this! I was thinking this would be set more in modern day times, but still like, with fictional treasures etc.

Life happens! I checked out the original stuff over on LJ. Either time period works. Mine would be more into historical preservation, but she's also adventurous enough that I could see her playing the archeologist.
