I've never done this before, so not sure how detailed I should get. Basically, Boomtown's a panfandom sci-fi-ish mostly slice-of-life game (but not 100% all slice-of-life, all the time. There are fairly regular player-driven plots). We've got a decent sized MCU cast, with Bucky and Steve who are both post-Winter Soldier. Bucky's been in game for, ohhhh nearly a year now, so he's undergone a few changes from where he left off at the end of Winter Soldier. Specifically, he's found some semblance of stability and has been reclaiming his life and identity quite steadily. Things are looking up for him! He's even been elected sheriff of the settlement!
So, obviously, I want to ruin his entire life by forcing him to deal with the likes of Pierce, Rumlow, and anyone else HYDRA-affiliated who would've worked with the Winter Soldier. That's all. My desires are simple. If anyone plays either character (or some other HYDRA jerk) and is interested? Let me know. We can do some test driving or work out background details or headcanon or whatever to be consistent with each other. I'm flexible!
