The Premise.
Pete's World - that was what the Doctor and Rose called the alternate universe where Zeppelins populated London's skyline. Everything almost the same, but a little bit different. Rose Tyler may not have been born in that world, but the Doctor was. Almost the same, but a little bit different.
When the Time War came, there was no Bad Wolf to guide her, no Chin or Sandshoes to give her fear or hope of the future, and no Clara Oswald to save her and all of Gallifrey from the Moment. The war ended in a second. The planet burned, Daleks and Gallifreyans alike.
The weight of activating the Moment, so clear and vivid and burned into her memory, scarred her more than it would another Doctor. She picked the title of the Doctor up again, but it was no longer a promise of goodly, noble things. It was penance, a mantle of her shame.
She does what she can, where she can, to help; but it's never enough to wash the blood from her hands.

So what I'm looking for is just someone, or a lot of someones, to play with. I've got the Doctor in both the nine and ten varieties, and might end up expanding to other regenerations. It'd be amazing if we had a group of us to all thread with each other, but I'll be happy if I can just find someone.
What do I mean by someone? I mean literally anyone. A Pete's World version of a character, a canon version of the character somehow in Pete's World - or, hell, maybe the Doctor could slip and fall into canon universe. Who knows? Not me, that's for sure. I'll play with original characters, and even characters from other fandoms. Crossovers are great!
We can plot, we can just wing it, we can do whatever.
Preferences
I'm really open for playing any kind of relationship. Platonic, romantic, angst-ridden, or antagonistic. The Doctor is sexually fluid, genders are unimportant to her. So F/M, F/F, ??/?? -- it's all fine.
Only thing is I don't really go for smut. Nothing against it, I just don't.

Not sure if she's what you're looking for, but I've got Bella here, an OC assassin from an original fantasy world. She's cheerful, loves a good joke/prank, is devoted to a god named "the Liar" (which is always a good trait), and is probably a sociopath.
Full disclosure, I'm still working on her setting and a couple semi-important details from her backstory, but I think I've got a pretty good grasp on her voice and personality. I don't have a proper info page up for her yet--it's all notes-to-self rn and I convert that into prose better if I don't have the wip itself publicly visible. |D;; I can tell you the stuff I'm still writing up on Bella if you need to know more, most of it is figured out.
I'm also kinda a slow rp'er. But if you're ok with that stuff, I find your AU here appealing and know how hard it can be to find rp partners when playing an AU or OC. I'm up for whatever? Gen, romance, enemies, whichev. I don't do smut either, so that's not an issue. Let me know! o/

I'm relatively open with most kinds of relationship that might interest you, though obviously some kinds would lend themselves more easily than others. (Wynter is a little green for romance, for example, and Chang wouldn't have much tolerance for angst.)
