There are quite a few good ones. I think Powered/Source, New neighbours, Sentinel AU, Darkness loves light and Pet person ones look interesting.

Huhuhu lets do the new neighbors, that sounds hilarious. We could do a slight AU where they get rid of the doctors/the beast, etc.. and instead of killing Theo off they just let him go (mostly because of Scott), so then they graduate high school and go off to college, and Stiles is set up in an apartment by himself and OF COURSE he finds out his new neighbor is Theo. xD We can also do the other ones later too. :D

At this point I think Theo is more likely to kill himself in his chase for power. However I think that for most of season 4b he seems to have acted like Derek did back in season 2, separate pack and other methods but same enemy. Kinda hope he will return next season but as he killed Scott, a cardinal sin, I think he'll get killed off somehow.

Anyway... yeah I like that idea of yours. Should I make a comment or you?

It's likely that Theo will die by the end of the season, unless maybe the fans like him enough. It seems like they all get along off-set, so who knows. It would be nice to have him as a sort of enemy-not-enemy, kind of like Peter was for them. But, yeah, we'll see I guess.
