I absolutely loved Tyrion's interaction with the dragons! Anything with them would be amazing! Bonus if we could involve magic or allow the dragons communicate via telepathy or somehow involve a plot that would include the dragons accidentally (or on purpose for one reason or another) be changed into humans and then back.

I'm honestly open to whatever ideas might come.

I also have the idea of fast-forwarding to after Daenerys wins the seven kingdoms and the dragons are flourishing and laying eggs. Perhaps one egg in particular is given to Tyrion for his loyal service to Daenerys, while she keeps the others. We could involve the new world politics with the new world that would involve the living of dragons.
