Percy is drawn from Fanon. While he did appear in the movie (as an extra), I have fleshed out his backstory, given him a prominent actor as a PB, and gone to town with him.
I have Percy in a few PSLs which will continue in the musebox, but I would love a group Kingsman PSL too. Canon and OC welcome. Post movie.
