Rachel is an MI:5 agent somewhat similar in temperament to Nicky Parsons which is why I thought it'd be brilliant to push the two 'verses together. She is very driven to do the right thing and has the right connections and know-how to be aware of Jason's background and Treadstone. In my mind, I cooked up a scenario where the British government and the US government are collaborating to create a new program. Rachel, a low level MI:5 field agent becomes aware of it and starts poking where she isn't welcome. Perhaps Jason could get beyond his desire to lay low and stay off the grid and help her shut down the new program? It's up to you.
