i've been fixing up this old AU account and it made me want to really rp the dude again in any context, lmao. i'm looking for somebody to play hephaestion in a ship against alexander, and i'd be fine with doing an au or something done in-period. i'm a history nerd but you don't have to be! (note: though i appreciate the 2004 movie for what it is, i don't adhere to it due to how inaccurate it is overall/don't use a pb from it due to colin farrell's awful hair.)

I was thinking along the lines that he wouldn't know who he had been, save for his dreams, until he met Alejandro. Then a handshake or something similar could trigger those long-lost memories.
