So I have this witch here and would LOVE HYDRA-related shenanigans! Totally up for AUs if you like, they could even have some HYDRA-sibling bonding over the various tortures they're subjected to - Wanda might even be able to help Bucky recover from the pain by briefly shutting down that part of his mind.
