Williemae La Costa, known in the hacker world as Petty because her original MO was just pointless, Petty pranks but she’s evolved into more worth while pursuits. Exposing corruption in local government, bringing to light shady behavior in local charaities and fundraisers. For all the world knows, Petty is some asshole guy and Wil is okay with this.

She is a lone wolf, but I would love it if she built up her own crew or ended up working with Dedsec. Those are her kinda of people. She is a twenty year old CalTech student who is graduating soon and I’d love it if she had friends in this universe.
