Arthuriana in your 2019? It's more likely than you think.
Your Muse: Galahad du Lac/Galahad of Arthurian mythos more generally
Muse wanted: A n y o n e. I'd enjoy a Mordred for the polar opposites/unlikely friends/faith vs. cynicism dynamic that the two usually seem to fall into, or a Lancelot for absent father vs. hero-worshiping son dramatics, but any royalty, knights, lords, ladies, priestesses of Avalon, fae, priests, or anyone else tied to Arthurian mythos in general would be great.
Fandom: General Arthuriana, spanning from Le Morte d'Arthur to looser adaptations like BBC's Merlin. I pull a lot of my lore from The Mists of Avalon, but am flexible on the particulars of the setting/mythos.
Canon or AU: Both. Either. Everything.
Medium: Anything that has Arthuriana as a starting point or general basis.
Contact via: This post or PMs to this journal.
This is a good post for you if you enjoy:
* Roleplay that takes place in a fantasy, high fantasy, or general mythos-based setting.
* Enjoy the dramatics, romanticism and (unusually inevitable) tragedy that accompanies anything Arthuriana.
* Playing in an Arthurian-based setting that pulls in elements of courtly life, the daily lives of knights and peoples existing under Arthur and the encroaching presence of warring tribes, etc. etc.
* Possible eventual reincarnation tropes.
* And more~! Ping me for additional details, ideas and plot bunnies.
I'll also note that I'm a multi-shipper where Arthuriana is concerned, so feel free to reach out to me on that front if that's an element you'd be interested in discussing.

I'm always up for playing with other Arthurian muses, though! My Galahad and the other Arthurian peeps I have waiting around in the wings are also mixed canon, so I'm very open to/love characters that ae made up of blended series/headcanons like that. I also have reincarnated versions of Galahad, Mordred, Morgaine/Morgan/Morgana, too, and am happy to do that kind of plot if that's of interest.
What kind of plots/threads do you like? (Or if that's a super broad question, where's your Mordred's head at these days?)

I have a reincarnated Galahad that I could throw at your reincarnated Mordred! Sort of depends on what version I roll out, but he's usually either an unassuming scholar or a medical student with a penchant for unwanted visions of pillars of light and other religious imagery. He doesn't remember his past lives until he turns 30-35ish, though, so that might be a fun and interesting contrast if your Mordred remembers his whenever he reincarnates?
