I think that's all very straight forward. This fandom is so tiny despite how popular this show is.

\o/! Obviously I'm incredibly happy. I have headcanon that Thomas and Sybil have a respecting sort of friendship now based on working during the war.

And I know, right? And how few RP it. It's bizzare.

That sounds good to me. Despite the fact that we never saw it on camera (that I can remember at least?) I would imagine that she would stick up for him a little whenever she heard Mary, or Lord Grantham or Carson (you get the picture. anybody!) talking bad about him.

It's kind of depressing, really. Other shows can get a full cast after barely airing two episodes.

Yeah, there was a lot of things we didn't see on camera. My defining moment though is definitely this one part where someone is referring to Sybil as Lady Sybil and Thomas walks in and corrects them, Nurse Crawley. Because when is Thomas ever really aggressively respectful like that, come on.

Glee comes to mind....

I don't even remember that scene! Or maybe vaguely. Annnnnd now I have an excuse to rewatch season 2 again. Not that I ever really needed a reason. But oooooh Thomas. Sometimes I love him, and sometimes I just want to punch him in the face.

Ugh. Just....no.

Also, I'm sorry my tags are so random and sporadic. My schedule has been all out of whack lately, and they're monitoring our computers more than usual at work, so I can't get anything in there either. This weekend should be a little better, though.

Yesss go back and watch. I just rewatched season 2 and enjoyed the hell out of it. Oh Thomas...I wanted to punch him through most of season 1 and hug him through most of season 2 so it balances out.

Oh, I totally understand! I'm working on my thesis right now, so I am the queen of completely random, sporadic tagging right now. No rush.

Oh I definitely will. And the seasons are so ridiculously short I can usually knock them out in a day, depending. I completely understand, though. I honestly could not STAND Thomas or O'Brien through all of the first season, so I was shocked to find how much I actually liked them in season 2. Poor Thomas. He could use a few people who don't automatically expect/assume the worst of him.

That works out perfectly, then! But ick. Is it going well, at least?

*shrug* He's so used to it. GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO HATE YOU FOR, BECAUSE THEY'RE GOING TO HATE YOU ANYWAY, that's his motto. sigh.

IT IS. Sort of? 30 more pages to do before this draft is done, but its daunting.

:( Now you're making me want to hug him. Sybil will at least try to see the best in him. No matter how difficult he occasionally makes it.

I do not envy you in the slightest. But wishing you all the luck with it!
