Basically this is an OUaT version of Rue. In the Enchanted Forest/Fairytale Land she lived in the kingdom of Panem and became a servant in King Coriolanus' castle after she was caught foraging for food to feed her five younger siblings. In Storybrooke she is Ruthanne Collins, adopted daughter of businessman Marcus Rose.
