So what's going on with this is that Rob is from a world where not only do psychics exist, they're actually pretty commonplace, where one in five people have psychic ability. Due to this, many industries have taken on and embraced this edge, from the private sector all the way to all levels of government. Many psychics with moderate to strong abilities have been snatched up to work for the government, and Rob, possessing psychometry, works for the NYPD as a detective in Major Crimes.

As far as how psychic ability works in this world is everyone is tested at a young age, when psychic prowess is at its most sensitive. Those testing are assigned a level of potential, ranging from 0-8. A level 0 is considered a complete non-psi, someone who possesses no talent in psychic power and even enhancers (psyactives) won't be able to boost any latent ability. In fact, level 0s can be a total psychic block at times, capable of keeping out any form of psychic intrusion. A 0 is slightly rare, and are often paired in teams with mid-range psychics as a sort of ground for when their ability becomes too much.

Level 1-3 is a low level psi, people who have potential, but will likely never manifest an ability at lower ends of the scale.

Level 4-6 is considered a mid-ranged psi. 4-6 will have psychic prowess that's noticeable, but either have a wide variety of low-end abilities or are strong in a single power that comes with a drawback that's near impossible to get around.

Level 7-8 is the exact opposite of a level 0. High end psychic abilities that, with training, can be manageable.

What I'm looking for is Rob's partner in the MCU. Can be male or female, and PB can be anyone you wish. I'd prefer the partner to be a level 0, but that's about it. I'd love to see the dynamic between them, and how their partnership develops. Beyond that? Sky's the limit on who and what you want to play, and how you want to play them.
