This worked out well last time, so we thought we'd try again. Yes, we! This is a two person package deal! :D; I have Bilbo and my friend has Thorin, and we've been herp derping around with a PSL that takes place about a year and a half after the reclaiming of Erebor. Right now, they're en-route back to Erebor from the Shire, so there's going to be a bunch of hijinks associated w that kind of travel. Any of the dwarves (though Balin, Kíli and Fíli are back at Erebor) would be wonderful to have /o/ or even some elves. :DDD

Memes or snap-shot threads taking place whenever are always welcome too. We really just... want to find other Middle Earth people, LOL. So difficult to find anyone on dwrp, sob. We promise we're nice, or well, she is at least. That's still pretty good! :D

There seems to be very few Middle Earth muses floating around, so I – sadly – have had a lot of my hope already stomped out ~~sob~~, but! I'm open to being proven wrong. So please, come out come out wherever you are~

I've been spamming Bakerstreet mostly (and by mostly, I mean from last night, because I've only just reappeared on DW lol), but I'm totally open to PSL. I'm not particularly shippy with Bilbo ~~it feels kind of sinful to shove such a squishy dork in any romantic direction~~ but I'm also a huge sucker for writing romance... so it's kind of a weird place to be. To ship or not to ship, that is the question. In short, I'm saying that I'm not deadset with any notion. I'm just looking for people to play with; the specifics of what that entails can be figured out together?

Been looking for a Gimli to play off of for a long time. I'm in Demeleier and Save The Earth. In Demeleier you'd have cast mates of Kili, Dis, Celebrian, and Thranduil. Save the Earth is a reincarnation type game, so it's different, but you'd have a cast of Kili, Fili, Thorin, Dwalin, Glorfindel, and Tauriel.

I prefer Bro-ship flavor Gimli & Leggs, but for StE only, I would consider going ship-ship if that was your thing.

My Legolas is a Book/Movie mix, and I'm more than willing to discuss playing styles.

I would also love an Aragorn or Haldir!

This is Gollum after the series, because he's my favorite character and someone needs to take his side. So my Gollum 'just' got his hand burned like hell and has bits of gold melded to his fingers. He needs someone to take him in, or at least a hole where he can hide.

Long story short, I love the book but I also think this cast is adorable, so was struck by the idea of modern au where their faces could be used. Basic premise is that the Durin line's Mining and Metalworking company, Erebor Inc, was sniped by Smaug and many loyal staff and organizers laid off. The Blue Mountains is a mining town where a great deal of those laid off including Thorin and family now live and work, and the company of Thorin Oakenshield is essentially a self-proclaimed mining industry union striving to help get the company back but mostly drinking after work and being rowdy, short, hairy miners. Cue Bilbo the unlikely ~~accountant~~ hero. I already have a Fili and probably have a Bofur but otherwise.... <3
