My alternate universe Freddy Krueger is a sane version, who was raised by Amanda, becoming a good, though not entirely nice, man. He still has his dream powers, which he was born with. He's been practicing controlling and using dreams for as long as he can remember. His earliest use of the powers was ending his mother's nightmares. Currently, Freddy is the Librarian in the gamelibrary_of_worlds.
Freddy could use some canon mates as a foil and just to give him some grief. It would be interesting to see how they get on and how their relationship would evolve in a neutral setting.
