Muse wanted: Bucky Barnes, Steve Rogers, Clint Barton, Tony Stark, Sam, etc etc. Pretty much any of the Marvel muses, anyone with assassin brain-washing baggage.
Community: PSLs / memes / IMs / where ever. I will pretty much play anywhere at all, so seriously, just let me know what your preference is.
Fandom: MCU / Marvel Comics
Canon or AU: Mostly interested in canon-based (my kingdom for something post-Civil War), though also down for backstory stuff, what-ifs and AUs that aren't de-powered. Natasha as I play her is by default sort of a blend of MCU and comics backstory, so that's a little AU by default. I've always been interested in things set in alternate eras, too.

So, first off, I have totally seen Civil War, but I am MORE than willing to avoid spoilers if someone wants to play that hasn't had a chance to see it yet. I'm honestly down for playing just about anything.
That said, I would freaking love some Bucky/Nat stuff. I ship it with the fire of a hundred thousand suns. I'm open to most pairings as long as we can make it make sense, but I'm also here for platonic bro things, just specify which way you're leaning. I'm also down for starting off as friends and seeing where the SL takes us. As stated above, I generally play Nat with her history with Bucky from the Red Room, but can potentially skip it if you dislike it for whatever reason, just talk to me about it and we can work it out.

I do love Nat and Steve, as platonic besties and non-platonic besties, and unrepentant shipping stuff. ;) I'm willing to run with whatever you're familiar with, and then we can AU / toss in comics stuff or whatever else we feel like as it suits. I love historically accurate stuff, so go for whatever strikes your fancy. I'm not perfect with Nat, though I do what I can. In that vein, Nat as I play her was born in the late 20s, though since she's never been on ice, the historical stuff tends to come up a bit less / be less obvious. ^^
I clearly pull from the comics for Nat... but Hydra-Cap is not and never will be a thing. Garrrr, that makes me so mad. Ahem. Moving on.

I've always liked the idea of Nat and Tony as bros and IDK a ship (or begrudging hatefuck, idk) could be interesting if that tickles your fancy.
Anyways, I'm totes down for post-civil war pain, even if it's just them talking about betrayal and whatnot.

I adore them as the worst bros ever, and I am shipper trash and the idea of two very damaged people trying to make something work is totally one of my Favorite Things (although hatefucking also works, ahem). Sooo, yeeah! I am totally down for any and all of this.
Post-Civil War would be excellent! Do you have any preferences for how we push them back together? Things quieting down and she checks in on him, running into one another at the open bar of some red carpet event where Nat is probably playing spy games, or even Tony tracking her down or something like that.

Post Civil War would be so amazingly painful. I do like the idea of him spotting her at some red carpet event, playing sneaky spy games. The betrayal would be r e a l. Maybe they can try being suepr subtle in a classy environment, talking about hurt feelings and idle threats. Champagne in hand, and all.
Also Tony's just at an awful place in his life since he and Pep called it quits, Rhodey's paralyzed and his team is pretty much just ripped apart. Oh, and Vision is probably having some kind of existential crisis. But Tony would def be mega conflicted because He kinda trusted Natasha. Doesn't she know double agenting is rude? But he literally has nobody else to confide in so????? Emotions are complicated, okay.
BUT YEAH THIS SOUNDS LIKE FUN.

Yeah, the split custody of the Avengers certainly wasn't kind to Tony. Steve gets his team of secret Avengers, and Tony has a best friend with paralyzed legs and a Vision with issues and a sixteen year old with homework.
Natasha gets that emotions are complicated, even if she acts elsewise. Given the whole begging Bucky to remember her
in public oops so nice of Tony not to ever bring that upthing, she has her own Complicated Emotions. And I just love how complicated things with Tony and Natasha are, because I'm trash. I mean, also, given that she literally puts all of her files online with all of the SHIELD/Hydra stuff at the end of Winter Soldier, I feel like Tony of all people probably has a fair sense of the caliber of fucked up shit that she's done, even if her SHIELD files are likely missing a lot of her history.And she totally knew about his parents too, oops. Which totally makes me wonder if Nat and Steve had a Conversation about "let's not tell Tony" or if they just came to the same bad decision separately.
But, between the nice clothes and the open bar maybe they can have a semi-adult conversation. Seems like the perfect setup for making awesome decisions, right? This is going to be amazing~

Those champagne backhanded threats are going to be so much better, holy shit. Granted, it wouldn't necessarily surprise Tony. Natasha's a sneaky dirty double crossing spy. So her keeping secrets isn't too surprising and probably hurt less than Steve keeping the secret.
But he's still not happy.
These two are going to have so many emotions and so many feelings and weird anger/not anger, oh my god.

I like all of this.
Yeah, I just feel like with these two even the fluffiest of things still has that undercurrent of angst because they're just two broken people broken in similar ways. Bucky's comics quot about "Never realized how lost I was without her, but I always was. Just some lost soldier who forgot he ever had a home until she gave me one." Just always KILLS ME. I love them so muchhhh.
Leg stretching is 100% okay! I'm super easy-going and pretty new to DW RP myself, haha :)
OH GOSH I HAVE SO MANY.
- red-room / training / missions antics because I love their backstory stuff. Things with their early relationship,
- post-CW either Bucky not going under the ice, or Nat being there when he comes out
- post-TWS stuff is one of my many weaknesses. From badend things where Hydra doesn't go down easy and quiet, to Nat tracking him down in Bucharest, Hydra messing with lingering bits of conditioning with Nat...
also probably my favorite time period for badwrong/dubcon stuff, bc I'm awful- AU stuff, like, post-Odessa / pre-TWS, I've also toyed with the idea of things where they don't get broken up and Nat is still working with him, but no really I will just throw them together any which way I can, I love them that much.

OMGGGG I LOVE that. That's so great. And yes, seriously, the idea that there was no "safety" always seemed like it could have gone bad if they weren't extremely exact with his missions haha.
-I love them sparring. The way that her squeezing him arm was so reminiscent of the red room sparring in the flashback in AoU killed me. also uh Bucky's hand around her throat is just kind of a nice image ok ok.
-yes yes and maybe vice-versa on some bad nights where they just cling to one another because it's easier to comfort the other than it is to forgive themselves
-YES so much yes. My default post-CW for Nat is basically having her on the run, hitting up her web of contacts and going back to old spy tricks. The two of them running around together like that would be great. And maybe consider shenanigans where Nat reaches out to one of her old contacts who's willing to protect them if she does a favor first; Nat has a very specific skillset, etc etc, spy mission things
-Yeah, that would be cute. And also since the Avengers literally never go "wtf is this about a fire in a childrens' ward???" I headcanon that Nat used her leet hacker skills to pull some of the worst stuff.

I love that. There's no way those two are tracking down her ghoststory, no matter how earnest and good intentions Steve is about the whole thing. And tbh having gone through similar training when she was younger she probably has a better chance, figuring out where he'd go in that sort of situation, etc etc. And then there's the whole question of what she does when she finds him and how all of that goes and I love post TWS stuff, it's such fun...
But OMG.
We can totally play with that. Gosh what if he ran into her when he was in America and ... I don't know exactly what kind of things but I want things and I feel like this could be several different kinds of delightful awesome. I always loved that bit of missions in the US are v bad idea pls don't. He had no idea what he was doing or why and it was so tragic and gosh I just love all of it.

How about he's on a train and doesn't know why he's going where he's going (like in the books, ppl were like THIS DUDE IS CONFUSED AND DOESN'T KNOW THE YEAR) but is drawn nearer to NYC and Brooklyn, so that's easy enough of a trail to follow
But once he gets there he has no idea where to walk next and is totally confused as to why he even ended up here, so he's gonna go poke around NYC for a few minutes before remembering "oh hey being among this many people is a bad idea"

But I would love to do something with these two. Do you have a preference canonpoint-wise? I'm admittedly a fan of STRIKE team shenanigans (I mean, c'mon, Nat and Clint were STRIKE Team Delta, I can't believe she didn't have more than a passing acquaintance with Rumlow pre-TWS), as well as post-TWS stuff, AU things where Hydra gets their hands on both Black Widow and the Winter Soldier to play with. Though post-CW AUs are fun too. (In other words: I love all of it.)
