That sounds great! Actually Rapunzel's mother, The Witch, (since I take her from the play Into the Woods as well) could be the one he could deal with, but she might try to take more than he expected or has plans on cursing his ship or his crew. We don't have to plan out the entire thing, obviously, but this is so much fun!

I. love. that play. Though I haven't seen it in a while so my memory of the characters is rather rusty. My favorites were the Princes though. God such ridiculous men.

Killian would be so upset with the witch (does she have a name?) if she cursed his ship though. :( What if that happened first, then he takes Rapunzel hostage as revenge?

Aaah, yes! I played Rapunzel in high school, so she's close to my heart. :3 Obviously I don't go by the play entirely (like some unclear mashup of OUAT/ITW), but I still think that the Baker and his wife needed to go on a mission to break the Witch's curse. Rapunzel stays with her big brother (since she and the Baker never interact in the play!), his son, and a bunch of other rag tag people taking refuge after the curse.

Since Red and Killian meet earlier on this time line, I think she would help him get away from her by some means -- and now that he's out of Wonderland, he kidnaps Rapunzel in revenge because he knows that the witch is looking for her foster daughter.

I love the music... and Killian, I think, is going to try to trap her in that thread. Or not. We shall see. ;)

So, how should we go about putting Red into the story? Or do you want to focus on doing some threads with Rapunzel first? It might get a little confusing for you.

I'll be fine as long as I know that Red came first, teamwork before she leaves to hang with Smow, then the curse, then later Hook gets back at the witch with Rapunzel.


Of course, this is all just general outlining, subject to change if things come up! Is that okay with you?
